Football Training Camps
You want to be elite when football season comes, a next-level athlete who can change games in a second, and the only way to get there is to go to a football training camp that focuses on making you the best that you can be. You’ll learn far more than you will in practice because we have time to focus on position groups and specific skills that your coaches simply do not have. With our local football camps, you’ll get to the level you want in time for practice, and you’ll start out far above the rest of your competition on the roster.
Football Training Camps 2016: Advantages Over Standard Training
If you don’t go to a football training camp, you’ll probably still work out during the summer so that you’re ready for the fall practices. Most people who skip local football camps end up doing things like jogging three times a week or doing basic weightlifting at home.
However, there are significant challenges to doing this. You don’t push yourself that hard. When life gets busy, it’s too easy to skip a day. If you go to our football training camps, we help you get the most out of them by:
- Always pushing you to be your best.
- Putting in more time and effort than anyone else.
- Setting you up to train with other high-level athletes at the football training camp, so you can all make each other better.
- Giving you professional workouts that are the same as the drills and workouts that the NFL uses.
- Ensuring that you never take a day off.
- Setting up local football camps that give you more activities than you could do on your own, based on our training programs, the equipment we have, and much more.
Very quickly, you’re going to find that there’s a huge difference between jogging a few times on your own and going to one of our camps. We promise it won’t be easy. But everything worth doing is worth working for. This is the only way to get where you want to be by the time the season arrives.
Specific Training
Another thing you’ll find with our training camp football participants use is that we focus on your position. General training may be fine for weights or cardio, but it doesn’t make you the best at your job. A defensive tackle needs to work out in a very specific fashion that is far different than what a wideout or a corner has to do.
We break our players down into groups, pair them up with professional trainers who have experience playing those positions, and then give them advice about practice ideas, techniques, and the mental aspects of the game—all as they pertain to that position. This isn’t a cookie-cutter approach. When you come to BreakAway Speed, we do exactly what you need.
