Jeremy Stewart, a Certified Personal Trainer, is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana where he grew up playing baseball, basketball, football and ran track. He moved to Houston in 2005 where he played as a running back for Bellaire High School until he graduated in 2007. He received a football scholarship to Kilgore Junior College but redshirted for that year. He transferred to Ventura College in California and played two seasons (2008-2010), graduating with an Associate Degree in Business. He was All Conference in Kick Returns for 2008 and 2009 and made the Nike Grid-Iron Team for running a 4.39 forty yard dash on laser. He was recruited to play at the University of Houston in Spring 2011 and studied kinesiology.

He decided to begin pursuing a professional career in football in 2012. In 2014 he ran a 4.29 forty yard dash and a 4.13 shuttle at the Texans NFL Combine. In 2015 Jeremy began playing Professional Arena football for the Duke City Gladiators in Albuquerque, New Mexico as a wide receiver and running back. He also started playing the 2016 season until he sustained a severe knee injury and was forced to undergo surgery in May.

Jeremy has also been training boys and girls at BreakAway Speed since 2014 in speed and agility training as well as football training. He conducts classes, clinics and individual personal training as needed. Jeremy’s positive way of training and relating to children produces results that endear him to the parents.
